The deepest part of the pool is approximately 6½ feet deep, which is considered relatively shallow for a pool. However, KICKSTART students will not be working in the deep end during this class.
We will begin in shallow water where students can comfortably stand and focus on learning the foundations of floating, standing up safely, breathing, kicking, and back floating without the added stress of deep water.
